The collector consists of a number of copper tubes in the form of a U-shaped, and these tubes are connected to two copper headers surrounded by each copper tube with an aluminum reflector to increase the thermal conductivity of the device and finally- the copper tube collected with aluminum incubator within a vacuum tube, and this installation works as a thermal trap so that it captures incoming solar radiation in directs it towards the inner copper tube, and prevents it's reflection outside the glass tube.
U-Pipe work Principle:
The vacuum tubes absorb energy from the sun and convert them into heat, so the aluminum sheets absorb them inside the tube and transfer this heat to the copper tubes and thus the liquid that runs into the copper tubes by means of a circulation pump that transfer this heat, and transfer it to the hot water tank or to other heating systems.
