High Pressure Solar Water Heater
The solar heater is environmentally and family friendly , with high efficiency and free from hazards, problems and polluting emissions to the environment .
Installation types : Pitched roof , flat roof .
Advantage and disadvantage :
It is distinguished by its cylinder made of stainless steel that resistant to corrosion and calcification, and the insulation layer made of compressed polyurethane surrounding the cylinder with a thickness of 5 cm to maintain the temperature up to 72 hours and its outer cylinder is made of weather-resistant steel .
The internal heat exchanger ( the coil ) made of stainless steel 316 maintains the natural water pressure coming from the public network without problems or the need for external additives such as (pumps or pressure regulators ) so that it maintains the pressure balance between hot and cold water , which gives us easiness and comfort in use.
The heater is controlled by the smart control inside the house,
it gives us the temperature and the amount of water inside
the solar heater and full control of the electric heater
(the back-up system) inside the cylinder through three programs
we choose according to our needs.
Pressurized vacuum tube solar water heater :
Vacuum tube (solar collector) consists of two tubes made of very pure glass, 1.6 mm thick. The outer tube is clear , allowing sunlight to infiltrate easily and with a very low reflection rate, because it is cylindrical in shape and therefore the sun's rays fall vertical on the tube at all times.
The inner tube is coated with three electrostatic layers, the first layer is metal , its function is to prevent the reflection of infrared rays entering the tube, the second layer is a layer of porcelain that prevents the reflection of solar rays entering the tube, and the third layer is a carbon film, its function is to absorb sunlight .
The volume between the two tubes is emptied of air, which forms a high-quality insulating layer that ensures the high performance of the tube so that it does not lose the heat absorbed by the sun's rays. This means that the evacuated tubes can work with high performance.
